The Elyse’s intelligent layout provided the perfect foundation, which was then tailored to suit the unique dimensions of the block and the lifestyle needs of the client. By adjusting room placements, enlarging the alfresco area, and enhancing the upstairs retreat, we delivered a truly bespoke result that still reflects the heart of our most popular design. The parents' master bedroom is a true retreat, complete with its own terrace, a spacious walk-in wardrobe, and a designer ensuite featuring a statement freestanding tub.

Clear Separation of Bedrooms

One of the clever design features of this home is the clear separation of the upstairs bedrooms. Once you arrive on the landing, the parents' bedroom is located to the right, while the kids' bedrooms are located to the left. This design provides a sense of separation and privacy, while still allowing for easy access to the rest of the home.
