Set on a generous 834m² block in a quiet Lindfield cul-de-sac, this home was tailored to maximise space, comfort and light. High ceilings; 3 metres on the ground floor and 2.6 metres upstairs; created a grand sense of scale from the moment you walk through the door.

We worked closely with the clients to deliver a layout that balanced open living with private retreat zones. The kitchen became a true centrepiece, complete with premium stone finishes, a walk-in butler’s pantry and a large breakfast bench: ideal for entertaining and everyday living.
Tailored Touches & Timeless Finishes
The main living area flows seamlessly to an expansive alfresco terrace, complete with an outdoor kitchen and built-in barbecue. Beyond, a gas-heated saltwater pool with lighting and a water feature created a resort-style escape in the backyard.
