Alkira Homes reserves the right to alter pricing without notice. All prices include GST. ABN: 51 088 867 627 Site costs are based on a standard 600m2 block with a maximum 1m of fall with a “M” class vacant site in new areas only. The package does not include rock removal, import/export of fill, dropped edge beams. Council fees are based on new land releases and any other bonds etc will be an additional fee. A charge of $80 per lin. m will apply if additional piers are required. Power connection is single phase only. Sewer affected blocks may incur additional charges. Bulk area tiling and carpets are based on the standard builders range. Areas where watertanks are not required a credit of $1,000 will be applied in your tender. Licence No. 111087C.
