There are certain aspects of contract building that Alkira would like to improve, such as providing you a realistic upfront building tender. The purpose of this is to give you a very clear indication of what your new home may cost to build, based on the information we have, and items that we believe my arise.

Any builder is more than capable of giving you an attractive quote and a great contract price, however, we believe its best to give each and every client the REAL cost upfront (whether good or bad) so you can avoid any nasty surprises AFTER signing the contract.
